The important thing about an ab diet is all about the frequency and quality of the foods that you eat. You Shouldn't go any longer than 3 waking hours without putting something in your mouth and that will keep your metabolism high and efficient. as for the muscles you will want to consume 1.5 grams of protein per lb of lean mass/day. your body can only assimilate 30-40 grams at any one sitting so you will want to spread it out. Ideally you will want to have breakfast/snack/lunch/snack/dinner/snack and then not to eat within 3 hours of going to bed. It is important to not eat before you go to bed because human growth hormone has a hard time to secrete when high levels of insulin are present and the best time for HGH secretion is shortly after you have fallen asleep and for a few hours after. So if you eat something before bed that raises your blood sugar, you will raise your insulin levels too. Check out: https://healthydietplans.net
