Hi Danette, I recently started following the rip 60 diet, and I'm finding a lot of mistakes in the book. Do you know how I can get a corrected version of the meal plan?
For example - week 1 day 3 meal 2 is grilled chicken with 2 cups tossed greens & veggies, with a side of 4 cups tossed greens and veggies (6 cups of greens for lunch?)
Also Week 1 day 5 meal 1 is an egg burrito. The ingredients call for various veggies and cottage cheese, plus 2 cups of egg whites. This made a huge amount of food, especially for breakfast.
Any help is appreciated, thanks.
